We are a technology company dedicated to Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S). This is a large industry that impacts the quality of every outside-the-home dining experience. While there has been major technology investment in restaurants, there has been almost none in their key suppliers: Dealers and Manufacturers. These entities, which represent ~$40 billion of annual spend, are still powered by decades-old applications and spreadsheets.
Amazingly, there has been no new major technology entrant supporting these companies in the last 40 years.
